I recently Moved in the area and came across this Daycare it wasn't far from my home so I stopped by for a tour and inquiry, Upon arriving the Staff/Manager was in her phone she didn't see me at the door. No big deal really, then once inside I asked questions and she answered very prompt as if she was rehearsed to do so she didn't seem genuine at all as if she was in it for the money only.. She gave me a tour the daycare was not Clean at all, toys were dirty and out dated, Changing table had holes in it and there was a foul smell coming from some where. There were plugs not covered, the baby room was unattended which seemed odd.. I chose not to bring my children here and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

The Owner of this daycare is very rude and unprofessional. She has no respect for the parents neither does she teach from the agenda she claim she has. She also keeps your child's swipe cards claiming she doesn't have a merchant machine at the West End location meaning she can swipe your child in and out even when your child isn't there. After withdrawing my child from her school they gave me the run around to get my child cards along with other items. I wouldn't advise anyone to bring their child to this daycare.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. They only care about money and are scammers. They do NOT feed your kids breakfast or lunch, They will shut down for weeks at a time for family issues. They tell childcare reciepents they dont have a merchant at the centerpoint location so they can get your card and swipe when ur child is not there. These are unstable money hungry creatures! Tracy Murray has also hit kids because she believes she should be able to discipline your children. BEWARE!!
