In the recent months my nephew has had to deal with his mother and father going their separate ways and his mother works at this daycare. His fathers girlfriend had worked their too and decided it was best to leave but had faith in the facility and the employees and owners there of to take care of her child. The child came home and complained of being hurt because he had been hit so the mother went to the daycare to view footage and watched the employees take her child and also my nephew (In law) out of sight of the camera and “punish” them. The girlfriend told the father what she had seen so he also viewed the footage and had to watch his son be dragged across the floor by his arm, slammed into a high chair and strapped down like a prisoner. Mind you both of these boys are 4 or 5 years old. The “actions” taken against the employees (one being the mother) was a 6 month probation by the facility owner who also watched the incident happen and did nothing though has stated on Facebook that the incident was personally reported by said owner even though the father was the one who called it in. The said owner also posted on Facebook personal info against the father (without saying his name but making sure to state Ms. Kaylees involvement) without his permission. This being said I do not see that this daycare fully cares about the well being and safety of the children that are overseen there and should have taken more action against the said employees who made the awful assaults towards the two children
