I got turned away from this provider because payment would be through dshs. I asked for an hours worth of care for my nine year old but was told it wasn't worth her time because dshs only pays 11 hours a day. She recommended me to y care and they were full. She would have only been with my son a total of a half hour before the bus picked him up , and in my opinion... 11 dollars for a half hour isn't too bad. But I would not subject my son to a babysitter that viewed their job caring for children in dollar signs, and I especially did not appreciate the way she treated me. Especially after her 30 yes of experience she made a point of mentioning.
