We moved our two kids to this daycare after my youngest daughter was ready for daycare. She was just three months old my other daughter is 2. The babies teacher is awesome and made me feel comfortable immediately. She loves these kids and has had most of the school go through her class first. She was happy to support me bringing pumped milk and also serving my daughter our home made baby food. Although a plus, they do offer formula and baby food for all babies if needed. I get a report daily and my daughter is so happy each day on arrival to see her teacher. Makes my heart happy. My two year old loved the school from the first day. She was at another program so we weren’t sure if the transfer would go well, but she has loved it. I love that she is learning so much Spanish too. It’s not a super frilly preschool chain it’s a good small family run operation with caring teachers. The owner is at the facility each day and knows all the kids names and parents well. During Covid it made me feel good to know they were open and compliant with safety guidelines and kept the place super clean sanitizing everything all day and offer limit parent exposure by transferring children in the lobby and ask parents to wear masks. I have been able to continue to work as many others and feel supported during a difficult time because of them.
This school is so horrible. They let my stepson stay in his pee pee pants and said he spilled milk when all you can smell is pee pee. Classroom conditions are not any better. You can't even open the door to the class rooms because of how many children and toys there are. They say billingual but you can't even communicate to the staff on the account of very little english. The first room by the door they just let the window open where any child can climb right out. That's just a few examples.
