2026-04-28 The staff-identified fire exit in the infant room is doubly blocked. There was a cubicle-type wall partition approximately 5 feet high running the entire length of the room blocking off access to the fire exit door. When the partition was moved, there were two infant cribs right in front of the exit door, one with a sleeping baby. In the toddler room, the fire exit was partially blocked when a staff coat was hanging from the fire exit doorknob, and the bottom portion of the coat was lying on the floor in front of the door. The coat was moved when the Licensor pointed it out. Violation
