At the time of the visit, a 5 month old, ZT, was viewed asleep in a babyswing. Children under 12 months old can only sleep in cribs or pack and plays. Provider moved the child to a crib when noted.

At the time of the visit, beyond a baby gate, in the kitchen, under a sink in a cabinet. There was a soap that said, "keep out of the reach of children". Items that state this must be under lock and key or physically out of the reach of the tallest child enrolled. Baby gates do not count as a lock or key. Provider moved all items when noted.
