At time of visit, in the gym area there was a purse and a basket with various items labeled "Keep Out of Reach of Children" within children's reach on the stage. It contained lysol spray, cough drops, hand sanitizer, and adult scissors. There was also a television sitting unsecured on the stage. In the infant room, there were several spots where the drywall was peeling on the walls. There were several items labeled "keep out of reach of children" in the classrooms. In the infant room in an unlocked cabinet under the sink there was bleach and dish soap. There was also diaper cream in a low unlocked drawer under the diaper table. In the toddler room there was hand lotion on a shelf within reach of children. In the middle 3,4, & 5 room there was lysol wipes on a low shelf in an unlocked cabinet and a box of tools. In the far right 3, 4, & 5 room there was a container of itch relief cream in a tub in a child's cubby. There was also purses in the middle 3,4,& 5 room in an unlocked cabinet that had the key in the door.
