With virtually no turnover in the staff, we have been able to retain the original staff for the 3 years that we have owned the business. It's like having a home daycare feel of the familar face with the convenience of a center. Tiny Tykes has added valuable employees along the way as they continue to grow,11 people are currently employed at Tiny Tykes and 3 of the employees are full time. Jamie has her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead and has over 8 years experience in child care. Overall the experience and dedication of the staff has brought Tiny Tykes to where it is today!
