this place is total joke. they allow grown adults who are not employed to hangout in the back room with children in their care. they have staff who have family members whose children who go here and those kids are allowed to beat up other children (including leaving bruises on them) and nothing happens. when i contacted one of the owners she told me not to bother her on her day off!! my child will NEVER go here again! i will be reporting them to the authorizes, and i hope this review saves another family the agony of tillys!
If I could give it a zero I would. I feel horrible for the time my child spent there and hope I can forgive myself in the future for leaving him there alone. This daycare is lacking in all areas to include cleanliness, respect for parents, respect for employees, and most of all the treatment of the children. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Children are precious and should be in an environment conducive to their value. Also, the owner's daughter is a bi#%. She acts educated about children but lacks the empathy and understanding to truly care about other people's children.
My son is about to start tomorrow for first time and he is so happy and excited. The staff was so good with him just as I was signing all the paper work, but have to say it is so worth spending every Penney on my kid and this place is definitely the cleanest with the best staff and I am so excited for my son to start with them.
