As soon as my daughter son was born and she was ready to use her service: the hours changed from 6 to 6 to 6 to 4 with no warning, and told my daughter, "well you can go somewhere else".
Now by reducing her hours, unexpectedly, she had increased her fees by $10.
I had gone to pick up my grandson and encountered a very condescending young lady that I perceived as rude, self entitled and her home was not at its best. I spoke to my daughter and her husband and they too agreed that is their normal reaction from her.
I am currently seeking another provider whom I get a good feel for and not just someone who is close.
