This is the bare minimum and possibly worse, in my opinion. The owner confines the kids in a cramped middle room for a portion of the day. My son was always very thirsty at the end of each day when I picked him up and once, even had the same juice in his bottle that I gave him that morning. Dogs jump all over you every time you walk into the house and they do very little to call the dogs off of you, even when they are jumping all over my school aged child who is afraid of the dogs. They call you to pick up your child for having a loose stool, even if there is no fever and ban you from bringing your child back for 24 hours. My son occasionally has loose stools from eating blueberries or other food and wasn’t even sick. So if you need reliable, advice do not recommend. Also, they tell you that you have to take you child to the doctors because they say he has an allergy, in the middle of March when everyone has a cold with a stuffy nose. I feel like they overstepped the boundaries, especially when they are a daycare provider and not a doctor.
Finally, I witnessed, once, a worker pick my son up by the arms, just below the arm pits. Well, a few weeks later, I found bruises on him on each arm in the same location. When I asked what happened, I was told he fell and bruised both arms (in the back and near the armpit) I am not convinced the story is true, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.
