I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I had my 9 month old baby there for a couple month until one day i go to get him and i hear he accidentally fell and got hurt but no one called to notify me because quote" the teacher didnt know she should contact you" so he wasnt supervised and teacher didnt know to contact me!' wonder what does she know !!!!!
They bring him out his cloth are filthy! his shirt is all wet and his face covered with vasline because his deaper got sooo full it leaked out poop again why didnt u change him !! and after i decided to be civilized and contact the manager with my concerns and they dont even answer me!!
DO YOU KIDS A FAVOR AND KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THERE

The teachers at Success Learning Academy work well with the children and the owner caters to the children's individual needs.S

It started off rocky, but the owner has made some wonderful improvements. I love them
