I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Never, ever, ever let your child attend this daycare!! Most of the staff is disgusting literally! Underpaid, uneducated, unqualified teachers must be all Ms. April can employ here. I caught the teachers/owner stealing from me for the third time. The first time my money was given back to me after they got caught in a lie about the price of a field trip. The second time, they refused to replace a $30 blanket that "came up missing" and today $12 was stolen. Only after a verbal, almost physical, altercation took place did I get my $12 returned! The workers and owners are unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest and untrustworthy. If you are stealing from me, I can only imagine what you could do or have been doing to my children?! Do you know how much extra money the owner is making if he/she overcharges each parent for every field trip or event they host? Unneccasary dishonesty! There is no hand sanitizer anywhere in the building which explains why my son is always sick every time he goes back! I tried to keep him out of this day care as much as possible until i ckuld find a better solution without losing my job. Every time he'd attend, he would come home with a runny nose, coughing, fever etc. They feed the kids a graham cracker and milk when they should be eating a full meal. At 6 and 7 pm! Yes! Children that have come from a long day at school, done their homework and ready to eat dinner, get a small cracker with milk/juice/water!
Taking toddlers outside to play with no coats on in low temp weather. My 4 year old son told me several times that they made him lie on the bare floor for nap time. No sheet, no cot, no blanket. Of course when I confronted his teacher, she stated that he was not being truthful. But this is the same teacher who lied on my spouse and my mom stating that they took the blanket from the daycare center when it came up "missing" . I have witnessed with my own eyes, them using the younger children to "accept donations" on the side of the road of a main street (very close to busy traffic) while it's raining outside..Holding up signs! All for them to make more money! Charging one price for field trips and then when I call the location they are supposed to attend, I find out the pricing is much cheaper! Cursing at me over the phone, hanging up on me, allegedly beating other children with plastic bats!!! ???? This I've heard several times from other children and my own. Although my children never claimed to be hit with a bat, all three of them stated that they've witnessed other children being hit with one. They have even let people pick my children up from there who were not even on the pick up list! How dangerous that could've become! They have given my children food that they were allergic to and were specifically told not to, and was even noted in their files. Just yesterday, Ms. April threatened me and followed me out of the building attempting to fight me in front of all the children because she was once again confronted about lying and stealing. I will be calling and reporting them AGAIN first thing in the morning, because this is beyond unacceptable. I could go on and on. Problem after problem. Please spare yourself the time, worry and frustration by not enrolling your precious children here. They are worth so much more than how these people treat them.
