About the Provider
We are now located on Main Street in the beautiful village of Yarmouth, Maine. We are thrilled about our spacious classrooms, a new kitchen for baking, a yoga/meditation room, a charming outdoor play space, and more!!
We offer nature-based programs for children ages 2-6. The River School is where compassion, peaceful communication, and caring for the earth lay the foundation for which all learning and thoughtful living happens. It is where children can keep intact the magic of childhood while fostering their inherent love of learning. As a Montessori inspired school, we aspire to see children grow to become balanced, whole and thinking individuals with an excitement and appreciation for the natural world.
Our loving and highly professional staff is dedicated to providing a well rounded experience through a nurturing and inviting environment.
