September 2022: I rate this preschool zero stars. They allowed me to enroll my son who was 90% potty trained and would not wipe his bottom for him. They made him waddle from the bathroom to the classroom with his pants and underwear down to get help pulling up his pants. He had four days there and he told me his teacher hit his bottom. This was his first preschool experience and he was so proud of himself for attending and we had to pull him because there needs to be some major staffing changes and also classroom management training here. The state needs to re-evaluate their rating of this establishment.
I have recently received an email from Yelp stating that someone is trying to say that this review does not follow guidelines for a review. So I am sharing it more. I am one hundred percent a previous client. My grandparents are buried across the street in the cemetery. Someone is trying to get this HONEST and TRUTHFUL review to be removed from Yelp. I also know people that feel that they have had a good experience here hence why we enrolled our son, BUT I will also add to the other negative post that yes it does not seem these women in charge have any love for their occupation. I came in to pick my son up on day 3 of his 4 days and found the head director in charge yelling at the 2 year olds and threatening to put them in her office if they did not line up correctly. I was silently standing behind her with her back to me from the cafeteria/gym room. She had no clue I was standing there. Isolation is not the answer. Also, same day my son had his gym shoes on with no socks. When I asked where his socks were the director went and "searched" the room for them came back with them saying she found them. My son had white socks on that morning when I dropped him off. She pulled the black socks out of his emergency clothes bag in his cubby lying to me that she found them. I still firmly believe that this establishment needs major training and overhaul of attitude and beliefs as FIRST educators to these students. These children deserve better. I am a high school teacher. These kids deserve better.
