Very disappointed that the owners of this facility knew that many parents had an issue with the way one of the employees treated the kids, but did nothing about it. Shortly after we chose not to put our child in their center anymore because of that employee's treatment of kids she broke a child's limb. I am disturbed that they knew she was horrible (and admitted when we brought it up that many parents had complained about her) but refused to fire her because they didn't have a replacement- even though one of the owners could have stepped up until they found someone else.
