I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If you would have asked me in 2017 when we started going to this daycare if I would recommend it I would have said yes. However, that is very much not the case at this point. My youngest has been going here since he was in the infant room and then started going off and on once he started at an outside pre-school. Most recently we came back due to a lack of any other daycare having space and they would accommodate my sons school schedule of M-T before and after and 1 full day on Friday (he's 4). The main reason for my complaint is the inconsistency with billing. In December of 2020 my son attended 3 full days (not his normal schedule) and I was charged $117 per the fee schedule, and my oldest attended 1 full day (also not his normal schedule) and I was billed $33 for that day. This week I go online to pay my tuition and I see that I am being billed $147 for 3 full days for my youngest, and $69 for 1 full day for my oldest. My daughter is also attending 1 full day so an additional $69 for her. This is not their normal schedule as it is spring break.

However, this time I was charged significantly more. That made me take a deeper look at my ledger, and I see that back in January, my son's tuition had actually been raised weekly without any sort of notice, even though I have a message from the owner telling me specifically what his weekly rate will be based on his usual part time schedule. Once I brought this to their attention, I was actually charged MORE.

When asked why the difference this week vs what I was charged just a couple months ago for the same scenario back in December. I was told that I have to pay for the normal schedule as well as the additional days. even though they aren't even open on Friday (my sons usual full day) AND they don't have room for them., because they aren't full time so their space isn't held. (but i'm still expected to pay for the space?)

After much debate, they finally agreed to honor the regular weekly rate, only after I sent a screen shot showing them, that is the rate they specifically gave me and adjusted my ledger for the 11 weeks I have been over charged. However, they are refusing to adjust this weeks rate and is expecting me to pay over $200 for 3 days of care (and only 1 of them will be there all 3 days)

Their fee schedule hasn't changed according to the document they sent home today, which states their tuition is raised Annually in September ( which is 5% ANNUALLY!!). So, there is absolutely no reason for this recent increase. So not only have I been being over charged weekly since January and had to fight to get them to honor their rate, they are adding fees onto this weeks rate, because I drew attention to my concern.

I would recommend that f you are looking at daycare centers, check somewhere else. Aside from the inconsistence in billing, the center is mostly run by high schoolers with only 3 people still working here from when we started going back in 2017. The owner will refuse to speak with you because she can't handle any type of confrontation, so you will have to wait for someone to leave her a message and then they will get back to you so there is ALOT of go between.

Also, they provide no meals, and expect you to sign up to provide the snacks/refreshments and etc for any holiday parties.

There is a lot of cost and very little in return.
