| Findings: Regulation discussed with Center due to incident that occurred in which one staff member was with a group of children, but left them alone in the classroom to move their belongings into the hallway for preparation of dismissal. The staff member reported that she propped the door open. It is estimated that she was out of the physical classroom for approximately one minute. However, during that period of time, a child bit another child. Center has already changed their procedure to prevent this from happening in the future. Do NOT take your infant to this center! Not only did they place my 4 month on old his belly to nap they didn't feed him for 5 hours. When we complained to the director she had the nerve to tell us that my son peed on the teacher and it "rattled her"! So she decided not to fee him?! WTF?! My son has not been back. I do not recommend this facility. We weren't even given an apology!
