Do NOT take your infant to this center! Not only did they place my 4 month on old his belly to nap they didn't feed him for 5 hours. When we complained to the director she had the nerve to tell us that my son peed on the teacher and it "rattled her"! So she decided not to fee him?! WTF?! My son has not been back. I do not recommend this facility. We weren't even given an apology!

The parent of the bitten child was later told there was another biting incident but that was not reported until two days later. | Findings: An email sent in stated that a child has been bitten in the face and also had a bruise on her face that could not be explained by staff. It was also reported that a child was sent home in Pampers diapers rather than the pull ups provided to the center by the parents. During an interview with the director it was stated that the staff in that classroom did not witness the child's injury as one staff was changing diapers and the other staff was with the children did not witness it. It was also reported that one staff mislabeled the child's diapers that lead the child to be put in the wrong diaper. One staff has been terminated by the center and the other staff is no longer in that classroom. The center director has assigned new staff to the classroom. The center confirmed that the child was injured and there were two staff present that at least one of the staff should have known about the injury. | |||

The Licensing Specialist noted that there were four 2-year-olds and fourteen 3-year-olds with 2 staff members in the Preschool 2 classroom. When staff member, VP arrived at the center the noncompliance was corrected as there were 3 staff members with the mixed age group of eighteen 2 and 3-year-olds.
