I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The director never shows up on time and she was the one opening the center. They say hours are 6-5:30 but they don’t open until 6:30 now but by the time she shows up it’s almost 7. No apology 90% of the time. They also close at 5.
They don’t follow ratios, my child had been sent numerous times to the baby room (my child is 9) when they didn’t want to participate in something.
The price went up but then you had to send your child a lunch during all day care.
They leave kids unattended in the room, they walk out of room for pick up and drop off and leave the other kids in the room without supervision. They don’t have in room bathrooms.
They yell at the children and talk down to them.
There is no adult dress code and they are not required to wear shoes.

Overall a horrible place but unfortunately every where else was full.

This child care facility is the worst in schuylkill country. They miss treat children. Its dirty. Short staffed and refuse to wear their masks. State really needs to shut this down before anyone gets hurt.

DO NOT send your child here!!! They change policies at the drop of a hat and expect you to agree with them such as payment timing policy and lateness. Their clocks all read a different time and are all wrong... we can be penalized if we were late according to their clock but early on the rest of the world's? They have been investigated by the State for complaints of taking in more children and having fewer workers for an unsafe ratio. In the winter of 2017, the State showed up at the daycare, and the teachers rallied up the extra children in the preschool room without coats and hid them OUTSIDE "on a walk" until the State inspector would leave, however they were caught by a police office thank goodness due to the freezing temperatures. (Just found that out from a parent who's child was then sent home with a note that day that the child could no longer return). All of those children were sent home from the daycare that day with no daycare to return to the next day... how awful!!! Our child has come home with scratches and bruises that they do not tell us about how they happened and the child is not able to talk yet. The owners do not know how to make eye contact with parents or hold an adult conversation as they are too immature to know how. Their observed behavior is questionable as they are frequently observed whispering right in front of parents with their employees who are apparently their best friends. They snicker and gossip with the employees there while the children run a mock. Their food they serve is questionable and not healthy or balanced selections.
