We had a terrible experience that lasted 3 days. This center has no understanding of normal childhood development or nurturing childcare. Our daughter was physically restrained in a chair after she didn't listen to several "verbal reminders" to sit in her seat after lunch. Then they went on to tell us that they had to hold her on her mat after her nap was over so they wouldn't violate childcare ratios. This was after I specifically called to tell them she may be tired since she had gotten up early that day. On a previous day, we were told that she fell asleep during lunch and they woke her up instead of just letting her nap. She was transitioning into the center and I am so glad we saw their bad behavior as soon as we did! They don't allow transitional objects during toddler nap time and didn't seem to provide compassionate or nurturing care. would not recommend
