Hello Marcy, my name is Daina, I am the director of the Giving Tree and the one that spoke with you that day. I am sorry for your confusion but I did not lie. Erica was not in the facility at the momment of your arrival,however, she does come and go frequently. Whether she attended school with your husband or not isn't something I am aware of. I am sorry if you were expecting our call, but as I explained in your visit, our Center Policy is that our pre-school students must be potty trained, which is why our Toddler Teacher start to train their class so that when they graduate to the pre-school, they will be ready to go. My husband and I were looking for a daycare for my son. I called and spoke to the owner Erika zavala and she was nice and answered all my questions. I went to check out the daycare. The director of the daycare showed us around the place and told us the owner was not there. It was nice and clean. The director told us she would call us back and let us know if they would accept my son due to not being fully potty trained. When my husband and I were walking out my husband said thats Erika zavala she went to school with me. So the director lied by saying owner was not there. They have yet to call us back like she said she would. Well they did us a favor I don't want my son around people that lie!!!
