About the Provider
The Early Education Center is Hawaii's largest and most conveniently located childcare center. Constructed by the City and County of Honolulu it has been operated by Seagull Schools since it opened in 1986. The Early Education Center is open to the public. You do not need to be a government employee to enroll your child and children in diapers are welcome.
