I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Jo Ann is impatient, complains regularly about the children and will kick your child out in a heartbeat for doing age appropriate things like climbing, missing naps, being tired or moody. She's rarely in a good mood and obviously doesn't like what she does. I have only found her to be friendly on a few occasions. She never completed accident reports and never knows why out when an injury occurred.
The playground is pavement so your child will always have skinned knees. There's a rickety and unusable glider/swing in this area, too.
She is unable to perform some tasks due to arthritis or caperl tunnel syndrome.
She lets the children watch tv frequently. Granted, it is usually something educational like Barney.
She is the only staff for this location so if she has an appointment (not very common) she closes the daycare and you are still charged a full week.
