We spent a year at OKC, only because they were available. This is the most unprofessional childcare I have ever encountered in a daycare or even public school setting. There is entirely too much talking and condescending for a simple one word answer. The owner is on a power trip 100% of the time. We had to take our infant son to the doctor upward of 10 times because someone else’s kid was sick. They want doctors notes so specific that the doctors legally could not write it. They will close for “cleaning” and “teacher workdays”, sometimes for a week at a time - and they still take your money for the week. I was not privy to certain information that was for my active duty husband only, usually in regards to payment because we receive fee assistance from the military. I’ve had to pick my son up for having an antibiotic induced diaper rash. I’ve picked him up for not eating on his old schedule, after I had already informed them of the change. This place is not informing their inspector or the health department properly of their closures and outbreaks. The teachers all seemed nice, but I didn’t know most of their names. At a certain point, I was too embarrassed to ask. What curriculum is this place working on but I’ve received 4 pieces of artwork in a year. You need a doctors note to drop off after 10am. OKC is not here to provide reliable care for your child. They are simply taking advantage of a community where child care is in high demand and it just so happens to be a lucrative business to be in. I’d you have read this far and still choose to use OKC, good luck.
