At time of visit when consultant asked the Owner stated October 30th, caregiver grabbing toddler by the arm and yanking backwards causing toddler to hit his back on cement pole outside. Caregiver was terminated on October 30, 2024. Another incident in February when caregiver yanked a toddler by her arm to get her into classroom causing the toddler to fall and hit her head. Caregiver was terminated on February 12, 2025. A self report was made from director on May 16, 2025- Caregiver grabbed toddler by the arm and swiftly moved the toddler from chair to the floor and yelled, "I told you to stop". 2025-05-28
