My grandson has been attending this facility for almost 3 months now. He has been sick since his 3rd week. Each time I keep him home for almost a week and send him back well, then he comes home 2 days later with another illness. The staff and director turn around is too great for this to be a child care center. I have observed children not being attended to, as well as not having staff that are engaging with the children, especially at drop off in the morning. Management has told me on three occasions that they are working on their staff and my concerns but yet they seem ready to kick my child out because he is not warming up to the new teacher. She put a glove on to handle my grandson and she does not talk to the children. I would be scared of her too. This just doesn't seem fair to these little guys. I regret my whole experience here and now I am trying to find another daycare, I have ignored my gut for too long and now that I am sharing my experience, mothers are telling me that I should have left when the assistant director called me because she couldn't get the kids on the playground to listen to her and several including my grandson had taken their clothes off and were running around laughing at the teacher while she tried to get them in order.
