I will ONLY give them 1 star for the fact their teachers are wonderful caring people. After COVID calmed down it has all gone down hill. They can’t keep employees, can’t keep teachers, so the teachers they do have post on Facebook how their child was admitted to the hospital with RSV on a Friday after being diagnosed with it the previous Monday, & since they’re so short staffed the owner had her bring her sick baby in for 4 days because they didn’t have the coverage for her to be home with him. So the following Monday 2 other babies were admitted to the ER due to being carelessly exposed to a potentially fatal virus. My child loves his teachers and they treat him great. This is not my first child or child in daycare and have 2 others And they were never as sick as my baby combined. It’s every single week. After COVID it’s clear they stopped cleaning, they require employees to come in whether they’re sick or not and bring their sick kids and don’t even have enough respect to clean the toys after them. In 2 months we’ve had RSV, 2 different viruses, strep throat,& hand foot and mouth and a severe bacterial infection that sent them to the ER. My job has been at risk multiple times over it. My 14 month old got bit 11 times in 2 weeks. Multiple times in the same day. 3 of which have left scars. It smells like a dirty diaper as soon as you walk in the door to hand you your filthy child they don’t even take the time to wipe their face. I’m shocked DHEC hasn’t shut them down yet. It’s pretty sad their own employees say it’s not worth it to work there and have sick kids 24/7. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. All I wanted was my money back and to have the incident reports I requested instead when I came to pick them up they called the cops because she stated she didn't like me and wouldn't help me then the next day the actual owner treated their father the same way! They are always on their cellphones not paying attention to the children they don't clean the way they should the smell is pretty horrible i took my children out!
