As a parent who had 2 kids at TLC for over 2 years (going through 4-5 different classrooms) I feel I have a pretty good take as to the quality of the Center. I think the staff is pretty hit/miss. A few of the employed staff my kids had were engaging and I felt did care about the development of the kids. That being said an overwhelming majority were there just for a paycheck. Oftentimes I would show up unannounced and the staff would be playing on their cell phones while the kids played independently. If you want your child in a program where they are being taught this is not the place for you. If you're looking for babysitting then its fine. The hours are pretty good (730-6).
The Director can be difficult to deal with but she is rarely onsite. Ultimately we pulled our kids out and put them in more structured programs (which was a little more expensive but well worth the investment).
