Description: Telluride Preschool was founded in 1994 and in that time, has seen hundreds of children pass through its doors. We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable, nurturing setting that fosters self-esteem and establishes trust. We aim to understand and encourage individual talents and interests to create a positive atmosphere with regard to learning.
Our school offers a variety of materials and activities so kids can playfully explore and become better aware of their surroundings. We also engage in enrichment programs outside our facility that we believe enhance the overall preschool experience. Above all, we want our kids to have fun while learning and to have a smooth transition into elementary school.
Some of the developmental skills we work on include: fine motor, gross motor, language, art, beginning math, science, phonics/early reading, listening, and social studies.
