At the beginning I was honored to bring my child here. Very caring loving etc. About 6 months into my child's stay at teddy bear daycare the provider told me if I do not enroll full time my child would have to leave. Her daycare is advertised as full or part time. We had a contract and this was not written in the contract at all nor spoken about in the beginning. I was left scrambling to find childcare and alot of mean words were exchanged in front of the other children. Low blows also were said towards me that had nothing to do with tbe situation, was said out of just being cruel.. also in contract was told there was a 2 weeks notice to find other care ..I was told on a Tuesday and Friday morning after we had a disagreement I came to pick my child up, paid for following week and then get a text saying she's not giving me two weeks that we are no longer welcomed back... Not professional AT ALL!! my family agrees that these children are just looked at as a dollar sign. Also my child had gotten 3 bruises from falls to his head and at the end was stuck in a play pin all day so my child "didn't get hurt". Negligence . She was great in the beginning until she became money hungry. So please think about this before sending your child to teddy bear daycare ! She is great in the beginning but will backstabbing you at the end. It's unfortunate to our family's and such inconvenience.. like I say thata the business she choose if she wanted a stable job she could of sag behind a desk .
