About the Provider

Philosophy The Saint Vincent Child Care Center is unique in its approach to providing quality care for all children between the ages of 3 and 10. The center's philosophy flows from three basic beliefs which govern its programming: 1) Children should be allowed to be children. We expect a three-year old to be three, and a four year old to be four, without the pressure to prepare for the next age or developmental stage. 2) Children learn best from each other, and they need to explore safely and experiment with their environment. 3) Each child brings to the program his or her unique cultural background. We strive to incorporate these characteristics into the child's daily program.
