I've been in Early Childhood Education for over 28 years... I've never in 28 years had a non-compliance. Meaning I do everything by the book daily. If the "suppose" parent felt that strongly why be anonymous... Especially, if she felt that deeply. Also, it shows my "unannounced" expectations above... No-nonsense found! Moreso, every parent has an interview... What I use as a guide during the interview is my contract. COMAR states you have a contract on file for every child and submit a copy to the State of Maryland Child Care Administration. . And they check each individual file during the unannounced inspection... Reminder:28 year no non-compliance. So, that's made up. I don't even handle custody battles and issues... My staff or myself get involved with any issues containing custody/visitation. So, I'm not sure why the anonymous person felt the need to make up all these allegations.. But, that's exactly what they are.. Allegations with not merit. The Office of Child Care Administration's number is listed above. Call them personally... I sure the will tell you.. My paperwork is in order, I'm professional, and I do everything by the book. Everything has to make sense... You can't make sense out of nonsense. Who would leave their child in a program that doesn't have a contract for 1 day? The Anonymous person stated the child stayed 6 months. WOW WOW WOW
As it's stated below. This company doesn't monitor, review or verify the writer's allegations. So, anyone and go on any Child Care Program and just start typing... Wow
This is the BEST quality program in Salisbury, MD. I have used this provider since my son was 10 weeks old and he is now 5! She treats ALL of her children like they are her own. She is VERY dependable and fair. She does everything by book sonic someone feels like she's not being fair it's because THEY are not being fair to her. If you follow the rules in her contract you WILL avoid the fees. Thanks to her and her childcare facility my son is SUPER ready for kindergarten. Tonthe disgruntled parent above...seems to me that the problem isn't the Director, Tasha but YOU! Shame on you for trying to tear down such high quality childcare! I would recommend her to anybody who wants/needs TOP QUALITY childcare. She has one of the BEST ratings from the MD Dept of Education! 5 star I believe. You cant get that WITHOUT playing STRICTLY by the rules. Thank you Tasha for ALL you have done for my son!!!
Be warned! Let me start by stating that the facility is clean and well supplied. The center is run on a schedule and offers curriculum. The staff is young and eager, but changes frequently. The downfall of the center is it’s owner (Tasha). She is extraordinarily unprofessional. She seemingly can’t keep up with paperwork once in her hands. She neglects/avoids/refuses providing contracts, price lists, receipts or any standard documentation of her own, but is pretty demanding of others to provide their documentation in a timely manner. She engages in gossip with parents, being unaware of relationships or relation between people, and being exposed at times. She will make a money-grab when she sees an opportunity, such as creating situations to make payments or co-pays late and then demanding exorbitant late fees or new deposits. She has no documentation of her penalties. They are customized to the parent, I suppose. She has been the orchestrator of conflict between parents and her counterparts. She developed a group where 5 child care providers have an organization, but operate independently, until engaging in field trips or othe recreational events. The other providers are young and misled by the elder Tasha, although they seem to have minds of their own and do not seem to suffer from the same unprofessionalism.
