My son went for all but 9 hours 7am drop off was picked up at 4pm and claimed he was slammed on his head by a big boy and then the big kids played dodge ball on his head and laugh while he cried he said no one was watching him for hours and there was no learning time I took him to ER and he got diagnosed with Contusion of the Scalp when I went to confront MRS.MICHELLE the owner she quickly denied any such accusation then to avoid argument I said I just want to remove him from your care its been less then 24 hours can i have my 200.00 refund that she claim was MONEY FOR FIELD TRIPS for my son while he attended summer camp that I gave at 7am that day. She starts shaking her head no no sorry its non refundable ! I said are you serious its been less then 10 hours my son was injuried and too scared to return and you claimed the 200 dollars was for field trips hes only attended this camp for one day 9 hours and she still said no ! Her director Erica came in I LOVE HER she said "It would be fair considering the circumstances to refund her hes only attended a day" MRS.MICHELLE gave me a very hard time for 2 days I kept asking and she had every excuse until she refund me 160.00 she took out 40 dollars for the one day of care that he came and got tossed around. Even after CCS Central which is aka daycare vochers PAID her for 40.00 for the one day of care so she walked away with 80 bucks. Next day i call Daycare Vochers place after she stated im "faxing over the check" in a rude tone I try ignore her ....the daycare vochers place said they will be refunding her the full 200.00 deposit yet she will not give me my 40.00 dollars back so she walked away 240.00 go figure. She is clearly money hungry, unfair , unjust and unloyal to her claim to "love" children or what she does. I'm very disappointed and digusted the center had alot of potential but she shouldnt own it she is so money hungry instead of professional and business focused with a justice and fair spirit. Mrs.Erica the director should take over or start her own business Mrs.Erica also didnt try to deny my son claims she started to investigate by asking him and the teacher involved questions ! MRS.MICHELLE your sad. Can i have 40.00 please thank you greedy
