It is not merely a baby sitter or a day care for your baby, but rather a partner in your child's development. The needs of infants vary greatly from those of older children, and Sweet Peas staff members are trained to handle the specific developmental, emotional, and physical needs of infants. The center has incredibly low caregiver to infant ratios and a low daily child limit of 10 babies. 1-5 babies on the site are staffed with at least two caregivers, 6-8 babies are staffed with at least three caregivers, and anymore than 8 babies have at least 4 caregivers. Care is offered on a daily basis or by the hour to accommodate short-term appointments, activities, and engagement that busy parents might have without the full-time commitment of day care enrollment.
