I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have had my children here for a while now because of my schedule it worked very well with the times that the daycare advertises.
They advertise that they are open 7 days a week. Uh, NO they are not. They don't have weekends at all. As long as my girls have been going they only had a hand full Saturdays open just for a couple of hours.
There is a high turn over with the workers. They complain everyday about the owner. The daycare is under investigation with CPS.
The teachers don't have very good communication with each other nor with the parents. There has been several several things brought to the administrator's attention but the issues continue, it's like nothing was done about the issues.
The evening staff don't care about the children and I have heard very inappropriate language towards the children, I had to tell them that was not acceptable. I again let the administatror know about the issue and nothing was done.
Did I mention that they are still under investigation with CPS. State is always in the daycare because of complaints. The toddlers and babies are not changed in a timely manner. The teachers don't care if you come in and the child is filthy but they complain if you bring the children in with something on their shirt.
Oh, lets not even mention the food. They think 3 pizza rolls is a meal. Am I missing something? When again mentioned it, they tell me that is all that is provided to give them. They are also always understaffed.
why is it ok to give kids about 3 bites of food and call that a meal.
I have actually witnessed the amount of food that is given. A piece of bread is shared with 2 children. My children are always hungry when picked up in the evening time.
There is so much more, but not enough space. Just make sure that you do your research before going.
Don't ask to speak with the owner, she is never around and won't return any phone calls.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

On 12/11/15, the staff lack common sense and have poor customer service skills. I came to pick up my 2 girls at 7:20 and hand to bang on the door until 7:35. When I finally got in, 3 of staff members just looked dumbfounded and the 4th one argued with me and suggested that it was not their responsibility to open the door for parents! As we argued at the door, all of the staff followed me to the door and left the children unattended. The day care was receiving CCMIS payments for my child and still charging me. Now that we have an issue, they suddenly found the money. I am still waiting on the refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!

I had my son attend Suzanne’s Early Childhood Development Center 622 Freetown Road Grand Prairie Texas 75051 Phone Number (972)266-2503. My first impression was the unprofessionalism of the Director. Something told me not to enroll my son there but it seemed to be okay for the rate of $135 and closed at 12 midnight which was perfect for my line of work; seeing that I got off late . I thought to give it a try. BIG MISTATKE. The Director gave me a sheet to fill out to give to his teacher of specifics regarding his feeding times and things to feed him . Which I brought myself. The teacher Boon as they called her or Moon was not very friendly which should have been a warning sign. She was very distant and unwarm. To make a long story short she did not follow the feeding directions I left for my 10 MONTH OLD son (which cannot talk to tell me if he had eaten or not) . She gave him a small container of bananas and 4 bottles of milk all day from 1-8 pm. He had no Lunch or Dinner. I noticed because none of his food had been opened so they did not even attempt to feed my child. She could not explain why she did this and did not say sorry. Her excuse was that he keep crying when he would see the other babies with bottles so she would give him one. Unacceptable, he was crying due to the fact that he was hungry all day and NOT FED ANY FOOD. I SAW HER do other babies the same way. I told the Director she jumped down my throat and told me that she would not be refunding my money. She was VERY disrespectful and used vulgar language with me. Now my son has a runny nose that he got from a sick child that they willingly let attend. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS PLACE THEY CALL A DAYCARE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF THEM THE WAY THEY SHOULD BE.
