As a local Christian school/camp, I decided to give the Sun Coast Christian Academy a chance. What a big mistake. This place is terrible! Against my better judgement, I sent my daughter as well as the other kids in my care to this summer camp thinking they would have a great experience. I’m writing this review to warn you in advance to not send your kids here for camp, school or otherwise. The staff is unethical, unprofessional, and needs more training. I expressed a concern about a referral that was given to my daughter by one of their many inexperienced and undertrained counselors on the last day of camp and as soon as I left, the summer camp called the abuse hotline and made a false, malicious abuse report on me about the kids in my care. This was done in retaliation and the allegations were all unfounded. If they will do this to me, as a parent, you should have concerns about what kind of care your children will get here. Beware, you have been warned. Find a reputable school/camp to send your children. Do not send your children here. I am sharing this story to prevent what happened to me from happening to others.
Hello I am Tyler James Campbell. I was a member of the first graduating class. My experience with this school was a lot of fun and I have so many nice memories of this school.
