This provider appears educated and warm with appropriate developmental expectations and attentiveness to children. However, after enrolling her behavior changes. She is passive aggressive toward parents and often talk about other parents and children behind their backs. She uses shaming discipline tactics to get children to comply with developmentally inappropriate expectations. She seems as though she cannot provide adequate stimulation for the 6 children in her care and does not take them outside of it's below 50 degrees. She claims to care about children, but gets very annoyed if a toddler has an accident while potty training. Overall her behavior has been unprofessional.
