I do know they should drug test! Because i know people that work there that do them!
If I didn't work at Sugsr creek and the daycare come out of my check, ad bad as that is to say, I definitely would not even consider. I just like the comfort of knowing my girl is right next door, but them teachers/sitters I would pay if my life depended on it. Destiny and Ashley have the worst mouths and always talking about drinking 24/7 not at all what a person with that job should be about!!!! If you don't work ar Sugar Creek and aren't 2 steps away. Don't do it!!!!
I had a daughter that went here for 2 1/2 years. Most of the staff were pleasant enough and I liked that they kept incidence reports for anytime an injury occurred because children have accidents as we all know. However, a couple months after my 4yo daughter had her arm taken out of a sling for a broken collarbone (on her right side) she was pushed off a tricycle received a gash on her elbow and come to find out had broken the same collar bone again and not even an incident report was filed! In fact, my daughter was expected to follow their rules the entire day as usual because no one noticed that she refused to move her right arm! I wasn't called, no incident report was filed and no one noticed a 4yo with a broken bone the entire day! If that wasn't bad enough, after picking her up that night and immediately realizing it was broken I talked to then manager Lisa Sollars who informed me that not one of her teachers were going to be written up because they all loved their job so much! The whole thing was completely unheard of and I do hope that the new director is having teachers follow the center's policies.
