Successful Starters Learning Academy

This is the WORST daycare I have seen in years! Carla Smith-Ford the owner of this facility is very rude, untrustworthy, incompetent, and a psychopath. She will lie at the drop of a dime. She can't keep employees there due to her rude behavior. Unfortunately, on September 20,2019 she refused service to me based on her stupidity and uncaring nature. "And I quote. Y'all people need to stop calling me!" Very unprofessional and rude on her part. We only wanted to find out where our child was during the flood. This lady has no respect for anyone at all. This daycare is to full at times. She talks to the kids like they're adults. This lady should never be able to handle a daycare setting. Her workers are intimidated be her. This is sad and she should be removed from the daycare setting. in addition to that she has another location at 10635 Homestead Road#B where she operates out of a church.

Carla has a terrible attitude. She's disrespectful to her employees. She talks down to her employees. She's very rude!!!

Carla have a very bad attitude and don't know how to talk to people. She change her prices every week I have never seen a child care charge for early dismissal. She left the number 2 on my son. She has never given me an eic number since my son been there. She have so many illegal things going on its a shame
