Hi! I am very eager to write this review because I have always had amazing experiences with the Stork Club. I absolutely ADORE the teachers, minus a few that seem to be more concerned about their appearance than their actual job. But for the most part the teachers are great. In particular, they have recently hired a new employee who seems completely in love with her work. I am not certain of the workers name, however, I do know that since she has begun working with the children the room is colorful and lively.
The one thing I am concerned about though, is a worker that I have found only occasionally visits the facility. I don't know her status, and I am not sure of why she is in charge, but Terri is an AWFUL person for the job. She is condescending, rude to the workers, and incredibly belittling. She entrusts the people who most parents would not want around their children more than the ones that actually care about the kids. The kids, to her, are a job. Not children. I heard, today, that she was saying one of the workers is overbearing in the sense she does too many crafts and doesn't give space to the other girl in the room. If the other woman cared enough to do the crafts, there wouldn't be an issue. Its agravating to have my children somewhere when I have to fear that this devilish woman is going to show up one day. I don't want her around my children, I do not like the way she runs the facility. I have noticed that every time she is there the workers are uncomfortable. She constantly forces them to do things with the children that they don't want to do. This woman is not there every day, she does not know my child, if he wants to play with leggos all day, then let him. I want her fired.
