Description: Stepping Stones Montessori began in 1990 with 13 students, nineof which were full time. Two years later the first Kindergarten class was started. As those Kindergarteners moved on to first grade, our Before and After school program began. In 1995, Stepping Stones expanded to a second campus and the "yellow" school began. Soon the main campus was remodeled to house all three programs. The interest in Stepping Stones soon had us looking at a bigger building. We moved to our current location in 2006. We now have over 100 students in our three programs and look forward to many more years serving the families in our community. Stepping Stones Montessori strives to create an atmosphere for children that promotes fun, independence, responsibility, and respect.
