Description: 110-3-299(d)(3)(A) - Potentially hazardous foods are maintained at safe temperatures of 41 degrees F or below or 135 degrees F or above, except during necessary periods of preparation and service.

Milk in sippy cups left on countertop while children were outside playing. Per director milk is kept in Children's lunchboxes in classroom and not maintained in refrigerator. OCCS worker witnessed children coming in from outside and began drinking the milk that had been left out. According to staff sippy cups had been left out for at least 30 minutes.
