My baby loves this daycare!!!

i hesitated after reading the reviews, but i enrolled my one-year-old and they haven't disappointed me yet. great staff and great management.

My daughter went this daycare in Hampton ga called stepping stones academy . I was an employee for two days and after two days of working their I was told they give the children melatonin my daughter started her first day their Monday August 16 2021 I found out from her teacher that she had given my daughter a melantoin without my consent. She is 1 years old. Towards the end of the day when I was leaving they dropped her in my classroom and that’s when I noticed she had multiple bite marks all up her arm , on her leg , and other hand as well I understand babies bite and one mark would have been understandable but for their to be this many bite marks indicate that they weren’t properly supervised and no one made it aware to me that this happened to my daughter . The staff clearly does not supervise these children correctly and think that it’s okay to give your baby’s drugs to make them sleep . Please do not send your kids here . Very UNPROFESSIONAL, terrible communication, and a lot of gossiping. Working at Stepping Stone Academy has been the WORST experience I ever had at any job. The entire time I worked here, the owner, a man, will sit up front with a group of women discussing other employees private, personal business and gossiping. On several occasions have I heard other people’s business being told out of the owners mouth to these same women he sit and be messy with. Personally, today actually, several members of staff came up to me asking me personal questions, and telling me that Mr TJ(the owner) told them that. The information wasn’t true but rather or not it was true, he still was being very messy. When I asked him to speak privately and if our conversation can remain private between us, he dismissed me and told me to clock out. I then asked him “why do I have to clock out because you’re going around telling my “business”. I called him unprofessional and he told me he was going to show me unprofessional and started talking about my check.... while I was exiting he than told me to take care of my kids.... I don’t even have kids... I am 21 years old about to turn 22 and as a man, grown man, you should have not spoke to a young adult in that manner. He shouldn’t speak to any of his employees in that manner. Also, the teachers there, Age group 3-4, talks about all the kids in a negative light. They call them retarded and talk about how slow their parents are. The owner and a few staff members are very evil spirited. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very poor communication, I've tried and tried to get intouch with them several times and no call to tell me when they are reopening but is still getting my caps payment. I am beyond mad!!!
