DON'T WORK AT FIRST STEP LEARNING CENTER AND DON'T PUT YOUR CHILD IN THIS CENTER AND HERE'S WHY: she thinks I don't know this but she locked children in a dark closet and bangs on the door to scare them. She yells at me for putting the forks on the plates. She threw me out after I told her she will not yell at me. This lady says she's a Christian but got threaten when I talked about Jesus. She has yelled at me so many times and I told her I don't like that. First step learning center is dirty and over crowded with toys all over the place. She not fair the staff by leaving and only having three people working there. She doesn't listen to you, she will talk over you. ALSO SHE HAS LOST A KID ON THE PLAYGROUND AND A RANDOM STRANGER BROUGHT HIM BACK TO THE BUILDING AND NOW SHE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR LOSING A CHILD. AND SHE BLAMES THE PARENTS FOR TAKING THEIR CHILD OUT OF THE CENTER. she can't take accountability for any of her actions. she's a hypocrite. she needs to close down. She blames everyone but herself and told me she won't let anyone take her license away but she's doing a good job all on her own. She can't run a daycare properly. that's why she is always in need for staff. This is not everything about her either so just imagine working here and putting your children in this daycare. This is the worse daycare I have ever been at. Don't let the fact that she set up a daycare in a church fool you. She uses Jesus as a comeback in a argument but doesn't look at herself and how disrespectful she can be. I'm going to pray for her because if anybody tells you to leave and when you talk about Jesus and they are suppose to be a Christian, has issues. I was in her office talking to her about Jesus and she told me she would call the police if I don't leave but she will tell you she's a christian. THIS IS THE TRUTH. FIRST STEP LEARNING CENTER IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO BE!!!!!!
