This Center is operated by a passionate and lovable family. Unfortunately, as sweet as they are, they are simply NOT professional. Cathy is NEVER there. She just owns the center. Her daughter is the lead teacher and she doesn't have enough help. There are entirely too many kids for one provider, especially too many infants that require much more attention than they are able to give them. I think the lines of family/business have been blurred too far. Many children enrolled are related to Cathy in some way and the leniency in following appropriate staffing or sanitation procedures spills over to non related children all too often. I know this is a home daycare, but you should be more than just babysitters. Majority of the staff is high school students and family members pitching in when they need to meet the right ratio. None of these stand-ins are certified to watch children alone and I don't know how many times I've picked up my child from a new face. They are very affordable but it
seems you get what you pay for.
