A preschool learning environment should be fun, loving, kind & motivational. A number of adults working there do not speak kindly to children or treat them well. They are not inspiring & create a negative competative environment where children feel unimportant. They do not talk to children in a caring or loving tone and feel their role is only to correct and criticize children.
