St. Matthew ECC needs a more professional director who actually cares about the children and the employees. Parents, teachers and children are disrespected and the staff has gone from professional team members to young girls that do not act or dress appropriate for a Christian environment.
The management, Becky and Carrie are absolutely AWFUL! They sit and chat and rarely greet parents when walking through the door. Carrie is constantly on her phone, and always has an attitude with employees. I have heard from some employees how poorly they are treated and the turn over rate is very high! This place needs better management, for the sake of the children and the employees who care for the children!
