St. Columban Catholic Montessori Preschool is the only Montessori based Catholic preschool in the Diocese of Orange. As a Montessori based preschool we have an exciting, stimulating environment which encourages exploration and investigation and an active Catechisis of the Good Shepherd program. We have fully trained Montessori teachers. St. Columban Catholic Montessori Preschool teachers believe in the education of the whole child through active exploration in all areas of development: spiritual, physical, emotional, social, creative, and intellectual growth. St. Columban Montessori Preschool holds the belief that young children learn best in a safe, nurturing environment. Children learn and develop through activities which are age appropriate and child- centered. The Catholic faith is woven throughout the school experience to encourage the children's growth in the love of God and others.
