Laura and Felecity, stop deleting every review that is negative. If you have such that guilt than, clearly you are hiding information from the parents. There are many other sources and people that can add to the negative reviews everyday for as long as every day you delete the reviews. The truth of matter is, Laura is extremely poor with lead ship skills and being present to her staff and children. Laura, doesn't want to deal with conflict and chooses who she will support based on prejudice. Having teachers apprproach Laura for help wih neglectful aides and not addressing it as to not lose your speech therapist is unprofessional, why do you hire unqualified staff besides to cover your violations and have bodies for ratio sake. A professional leader doesn't sit behind her desk when problems arise. You have lied and refused to call in violations putting children at risk, putting other staff in the position to call STATE for help. Felecity, just sits on her phone (Snap Chat.) where is any leadership and accountability with you two and the board, threatening staff and past staff isn't going to get you anywhere all while your current staff talks poorly of Laura, " the place would be better without it, we loved working here when she was gone for that month with her knee surgery, Laura is negative, don't expect help from Laura, Laura thinks she is great based on the past Director but she isn't much better, etc..) There has been and is documents and recordings suggesting this review is 100% truthful. Stop hating workers because they don't agree with you Laura, you are wrong to bring your personal business into the staff's lives, go to work and work or don't since you like to brag about everything you have. You are a coward for ow you treated the Bullfrog teacher all to keep a child who lets kids sit in poop, throw up, beat each other up, and she can't even perform CPR. As a Parent all I can say is what is wrong with you?!!!

Working at St Andrew Preschool, I think I can give a great understanding as to why the preschool should be rated a 1 star. Unless you agree 100% with the Director, Laura and suck up to her you will be treated unfairly. The school at one point use to have great teachers but recently, there has been huge staff turn overs and a lot has to do with the lack of management by Laura and the board. When the director spends the majority of her time on Facebook and YouTube (yes, Laura is friends with staff and past staff on fb and messenger so we see her on here during school hours. ) that should speak volumes and trust me it does. If you have any concerns for the well-being of the student's rest assure, that Laura doesn't take it serious and once those issues are past repair Laura blames everyone but herself. I do believe there is a lack of Director responsibilities along with favoritism and all of those working together hurt the nature and well-being of the students in the center. The preschool has a record of violations and they boot out anyone who holds them accountable. It is disgusting how Laura treats other people while doing the bare minimum to keep her pay. BTW they are increasing tuition so keep looking elsewhere, if you want a Christian environment and loving teachers and a Director who takes her job serious...this is not the place.

The curriculum is on par with the surrounding school districts, the staff is friendly and well educated and the administration is dedicated. This place is home for us. 7 yrs and counting (through 3 kids). Highly recommended!!
