Communication is at a zero percent, they will not acknowledge any wrong doings on there part. This has been the absolute worst center experience I have dealt with so much I have chosen to let every platform know about the excess fees they charge and will contact you months later to state a problem about a missing fee. They will not provide you with written documentation on fee breakdown
